PLEASE NOTE:
All items are pickup only - Shipping is not available at this time.
We have worked with shippers from uShip.com and dolly.com who were contracted through the customer to pick up the items from our store and deliver directly to their home. A quote can be given through their website.
PICKUP:
After your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for pickup. If you have contracted a shipper to pick up and deliver for you, please provide them with our contact information so that a day and time can be arranged for pickup.
When scheduling an appointment for pickup, we require the item/items to be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
We are available during business hours and can also accommodate pickup after hours depending on our availability.
There is not always help on hand during our business hours for loading heavy items. For heavy items, please bring help or state that assistance is needed when scheduling an appointment.

Refunds:
We do not offer returns or exchanges - All sales are final. If in doubt regarding your purchase, we suggest for you to look over items in person at the Shoppe before making a purchase.
All our items are pre-owned and have age and use appropriate wear.
Hold Policy:
We only hold an item when we know that you are in route or a 40% deposit has been placed by phone.
A 40% deposit can hold an item for 7 days. If you decide not to purchase the item, we do not issue a refund for the deposit, rather a store credit will be issued.
